Tonight at this restaurant was an incredible night for me, and I owe this amazing experience to my dear Hana. She is so sweet and so kind .I will definitely come back again to see Hana and enjoy new exciting experiences.
We came here for Mother’s day brunch. I had previously found that it wasn’t too busy because they didn’t open until 11am. We had our choice of tables and we sat on some higher bar stool in the lounge area by the front window as most people were sitting in the booths. There were about 5 other tables full here so there was still plenty of space. My mom had the Super Avocado Eggs Benny while I had the Southwest Brunch Bowl which was like a Benny but without any meat. It was like a cross between Eggs Benny and a taco salad. We both had fresh orange juice to drink which was refreshing. My mom enjoyed her Benny but was not able to finish the tasty potatoes so she took those home. I love eggs Benny so the Southwest Bowl was a fresh take on it. It had the poached eggs and potatoes like the Benny but the corn, black beans, avocado salsa, feta and mole gave it a completely different flavour which I loved! The thin, crispy tortilla strips added a nice crunch to the bowl. The service was great as they periodically checked up on us. I’d highly recommend this place for brunch or any other meal as I always get great food at Browns!
I have been going to this browns for years with my daughter and I am always happy with the food and blown away by the staff and customer service. Upper Lonsdale browns is where to go for the extra special care and friendliness from the amazing people that when there. The kitchen staff is always friendly and great to talk to on the way out as well :) I will be going back there for many yers to come and fur many milestones.
Had a quick lunch here and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the great service, and the overall cleanliness. I'm sure dinner would be great here as well. Love the Asian influence in the dishes.
Imagine ordering food on the most busiest day in the year (Tax deadline April 30th) and food came with a lovely note like this. Would you ever think a restaurant will do this ? With a very nice and cosy atmosphere and excellent service this restaurant is definitely one of those you just keep coming back to. Their menu options are also very varied and sure to satisfy anyone. I would highly recommend their margaritas but order them spicy. The spicy touch adds an extra punch with out them being too hot to handle. Both the raspberry and original spicy margaritas were fantastic!
Amazing Experience at Browns Socialhouse on Lonsdale! I want to thank Roselle for treating us to such a fantastic experience. The service was impeccable, the Caesars were hands down the best I’ve ever had, and the manager went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The team at Browns Socialhouse truly knows how to make guests feel special. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great food, drinks, and top-tier hospitality!
Although we were more recently at the Lynn Valley location (which was also great), we have had many good experiences at this location. A really big shoutout to Darcy (because even though he shared he is usually at the Upper Lonsdale location he was at the Lynn Valley location today). He was attentive and thoughtful regarding a gluten allergy and went a step beyond by providing the gluten free brownie dessert after a really lovely meal and shared how he knows it isn’t always easy to come across a nice gluten free dessert. It was such a wonderful and thoughtful detail that went a long way for us. These are moments that make a customer feel special and cared for - and unashamed despite dietary restrictions/allergies. I wish for everyone who is impacted by food allergies and restrictions to be treated with such kindness, respect, and in this case, additional generosity. Thank you, Darcy and Brown’s for a really wonderful experience.
